hereditary illnesses. It also has a Healthcare Utilization Review Group which works with health plan
participants to ensure they are getting the best price for their specialized medical care, therapy, or
equipment. Additionally, it provides an additional 18-week medical leave program.

and leadership training program to enhance its success. During its leadership training, this company reviews
a story named Flight of the Geese, which is used to draw comparisons between how geese relate within a
flock and how employees are expected to interact with each other and demonstrate leadership within the
company. One example from the story is that of a goose that is sick or wounded. In a flock, when a goose
is sick or wounded, two geese drop out of formation to help and protect it. The lesson is that team members
are expected to look after each other. |
