A decade of workplace revolutions

If you love your job and think you work for a cool company, it might have what it takes to be part of the workplace revolution that has been sweeping Northeast Ohio for the last 10 years!

If it’s been in existence for at least three years, has a minimum of 15 full-time (equivalent) employees in Northeast Ohio, and most importantly – has a workplace that attracts and retains great people – this award program is for you!

NorthCoast 99 is the only regional workplace recognition program of its kind that allows organizations to apply at NO COST! Plus, if you apply you receive an incredible amount of summary information highlighting your organization's strengths and weaknesses relative to the winners of the program - all for free.

If you think you have what it takes, and are a part of your organization's Leadership, HR, or Marketing team, please register in the section at the right to join the revolution and start completing the application for this year's award!

The NorthCoast 99 Program has three different phases:

Phase 1 - Application Period
Between February and May, any employer that meets the award criteria may register and begin completing the application online.

Phase 2 - Selection Period
Between May and July, all applications are evaluated and the 99 winners are selected and notified.

Phase 3 - Awards Period
In September, winners are announced to the public and honored at the annual awards dinner.
